“Didn’t I heal ten men? Where are the other nine?” — Luke 17:17
The January–March 2026 edition of the Living Bread Missions Newsletter reminds us that gratitude is inspirational. When we acknowledge what God has done and give thanks, our faith is strengthened and our testimony encourages others.
Drawing inspiration from the story of the ten lepers in Luke 17:11–19, this edition reflects on the importance of returning to God with gratitude while continuing to advance the Gospel to communities that still need to hear the Good News.
Evangelistic Outreaches
Living Bread Missions continues to move forward in proclaiming the Gospel of Jesus Christ across communities.
Through the support of ministry partners, a new tricycle has been provided to one of the Air Campaign Teams (ACT) serving in Ghana’s Upper East Region. This practical tool is already helping missionaries travel more effectively as they conduct outreach campaigns and personal evangelism.
With persistent evangelistic efforts and faithful ministry, the Gospel continues to reach people who may never otherwise hear it.
Sampson’s Travels and Thanksgiving
This quarter also brought opportunities for international ministry and thanksgiving.
Rev. Sampson shared his gratitude to God for one year of restored health following his major surgery in February 2025. During the quarter, he also traveled to Kenya and Burkina Faso, ministering alongside the 5 Fold Global Network and the 8 Nation Apostolic Team.
In Western Kenya, believers testified of renewed unity and spiritual revival following prayer walks, leadership meetings, and collaborative ministry efforts. These gatherings rekindled spiritual fire among church leaders and strengthened the body of Christ in the region.
Community Evangelism and Gospel Impact
Across LBM churches in southern Ghana—including Salvation Assembly, Redemption Assembly, Faith Assembly, Resurrection Assembly, and Jacob’s Well Assembly—teams conducted film shows, street evangelism, dawn broadcasts, and personal Gospel conversations.
Through these outreach activities:
- 305 people heard the Gospel
- 31 people made decisions to follow Christ
Teaching sessions were also organized on generosity, business as mission, and disciple-making, encouraging believers to see their work and influence as part of God’s mission in the world.
Disciple-Making Partnerships
Living Bread Missions continues to collaborate with other mission agencies to strengthen disciple-making movements.
In Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, three mission agencies partnered to organize a three-day Disciple-Making Mobilizers Workshop. Participants were equipped and encouraged to become catalysts for Gospel expansion across the Sahel region.
Please pray that those trained will continue to multiply disciples and plant healthy churches in this strategic region.
Chapel Projects and Ministry Facilities
Encouraging progress has also been made on church building projects.
Two congregations—Hill Top Assembly in Kolenu and Praise Assembly in Akatsi—have begun to see improvement in their chapel construction efforts. Challenges that slowed progress are gradually being resolved, and the ministry is hopeful these worship spaces will soon be completed.
These projects will provide stable places for believers to gather, worship, and grow in discipleship.
